WHPSA is now beginning the assembly and construction of a
liquid drilling mud preparation and sales plant in Northern Mexico
to serve all oil and gas well drilling companies in Mexico and along
the Texas - Mexico border with water - based drilling muds from
9 ppg to 16 ppg for collection and-or delivery in company
vacuum trucks to drill sites and other contstruction locations.
The plant can be assembled north
of Monterrey, state of Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
